Your documents,
handled deliberately
A straightforward look at how signed documents, credentials, share links, and signer access are protected.
Secrets encrypted at rest
Connected account credentials, such as sending or payment settings, are encrypted before storage and are never shown back in plain text.
Isolated document storage
Signed PDFs are stored privately and accessed through short-lived secure links, keeping completed documents separate from public brand assets.
Authenticated by default
Every account action requires a signed session token; passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Only a signer's own unique link or an owner-shared view link is ever reachable without logging in — and both can be revoked instantly.
Bounce & complaint handling
A hard bounce or spam complaint on an email address automatically suppresses future sends to it — no repeated attempts against an address that's already rejected you, protecting your sending reputation.
A real audit trail per signature
Every signature records its method, a required consent confirmation, IP address, browser, timestamp, and the exact document version signed — captured into a downloadable completion certificate.
Audited support actions
High-impact support and account actions are logged with who performed them, when they happened, and the affected account.
Password-protected share links
Give a live link a password, an expiry date, or disable it at any moment — cutting off access instantly, everywhere it's been shared.
Full access logging
Every unlock attempt on a password-protected link — including wrong-password attempts — is logged with device and location, so anything unusual stands out.
